Does anyone know:do we get royalty on full retail price on a product like this?

Marginmike, that is a good question. If memory serves me Gregg said tri-mode phones were good because royalty applies to the whole phone. But it would seem absurd (wonderfully so) if, for instance, a CDMA vending machine owed royalties on the entire machine. My guess is no?
But on a device like the Neopoint it is even more elusive. Since the license agreements are confidential it seems we may never know but usually there is a way to collect enough info to form a reasonably educated opinion. Anyone?
