John, it is a "ten days look back, select the worst 6", give the floorless, if so inclined, ample time to run for the hill through the conversion door in case a "material event" he did not anticipates, materializes, won't you say? Is this not more or less what the recent trading activity is showing? A pattern similar to SCUR and Osicom, near their end game. I just say that at the end game, this often present a hell of a buying opportunity (look at ANCR). I think it would be good to put VLNC on the "watch list for end game" and be nimble. Zeev
