For the past 18 years Mr. Diamond has been licensed by the Nevada State Gaming Commission. Mr. Diamond has managed the sports book business for 5 major casinos. Mr. Rossin holds gaming licenses in Nevada, Guam and the Cook Islands. He is a former Vice President of the Home Shopping Network. Mr. Rossin is involved as a producer in television. Some of his projects include a television show called Sports Talk, major telethons, syndicated TV shows and numerous commercials. He is also the owner of ASAP, a multimedia marketing firm. Mr. Diamond and Mr. Rossin are currently members of the Board of Directors of e-Vegas.com Inc. It is expected that Bet-A-Bunch.Com Inc. will become a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ OTC bulletin board within 60 days.
