re: "I am looking for the stock to slowly move up on new speed grades introductions and a general feeling that there are more and more Athlon systems available for sale."

To my knowledge, and this is not just a guess, AMD is delivering the chips and doing so in great quantities. The hang-up is the lack of "credible" infrastructure: MoBo sources, chipset sources ,etc. Please do not believe that iNTEL has not been playing an active (but less than decisive role) in this problem. Look towards September for massive changes in this situation. There is a scramble underway in Taiwan to address this emerging enormous market. The proper action on the part of the stock will come in due course.

AND...do please STAY TUNED!!!!!

Regards,

DARBES

KalKan2Us,

Re: "I am looking for the stock to slowly move up on new speed grades introductions ..."

You've got to be "kidding" ... AMD stock will sink as quarterly earnings
warnings start to happen next month. I look for their "biggest loss"
ever in Q3 ... Now that's something that you can be "proud of", KalKan.

Make It So,
