They are expected to file in the early part of Sept, their partner company cvrg just filed, and their stock price jumped from around $1.5 to $4 in a heartbeat, I missed that one, but I expect the same from invz..in fact invz looks much stronger...no hype here, just take a look at the PRs, give a call to IR dept at the company and join the thread (I started one on SI but nobody has visited yet), I think this one is a real winner, but nobody has taken notice yet...I hear there are a number of press releases to come, but the company is actively trying to get some eyes focused on their story first..
