Hi Tim, You and I go way back when Prosperous Soul and Tokyo Joe were hyping PNL in the early spring of 98. Hindsight is always a buttkicker, but who would have thought PNLK would have 2 runs of 8......Many like yourself, have come and gone (and come back,I might add)...daytraded on the upticks...and on and on ..... There are a few of us from those glory-hyped days who have stuck around....maybe you are saying we have our heads stuck in the sand or that we are masochistic investors....could we be dim-wits in the BB world? I can only speak for myself, but I will tell you why I am still invested in this company even with all the 144 filings.... First I wouldn't call myself an unsophisticated investor...have a balanced portfolio of blue-chip, tech, internet and assorted other companies...however, over the past year and a half, have been slowly increasing and down averaging my cost-basis of PNLK..while many screamed last summer when V2 was still in a mediocre stage, many of us scooped up shares in the 75-1.00 range....why you ask even though we knew 144 filings were listed then.... I looked at the BIG picture...not looking at this company for a short term pop..looked at the alliances, the talented executives who gave up lucrative careers in their respective companies who came on board, the international networking and the webtool itself. I could list more, but visiting their offices, meeting with the principles and seeing the infancy of Netcasting come to life, has made this BB company a reality and a player in the e-commerce world. For whatever reasons, PNL needed to fund and issued stock to stay alive...could they have gone thru other channels to keep the float small? Who knows...I agree with Roy, I don't think they had anticipated the setbacks (Like Rare-Medium) which threw their time frame off... Ice Cube and I have had many a discussion about the filings, yet we both agree...the company has a viable product and a mission statement which is taking fruition and being embraced by the international community... Who knows what will happen..I can only look at where the company is in its mission and I like what I see... As always my best to you and your investment strategies.. Terri
