When I saw President Clinton yesterday, he was going about America's business, doing the best he could for this country and all it's people and those of the earth. Who were your Republican blow the budget bud's looking out for? The proposed tax cut returns more to the top 1% than the bottom sixty per cent. So let's get this straight your boys want to blow the budget so that one per cent of the wealthiest people can keep more at the expense of the lowest 60%.
