While I have not gone over the numbers in detail for the Q (I don't own any), the overall numbers seem to be very positive and look good going forward. One would normally expect that the good report and prospects would lead to an uptick rather than the loss over the last 2 days. IMHO, some the downward trend is due to overall market downs. The only other issue does indeed seem to be the merger. The market loaths uncertainty. Sounds like a buying opportunity. Not sure(for me) yet. Jim
