Dave, seems like you have your fingers right on some hot spots. And FON and the others in their public statements were wailing only about getting their fair share, the hell with the little upstarts. Seems like a big picture political football, I agree.

What still doesn't make sense is that if that's the NXTL-FCC agenda, whatever money NXTL pays goes to the NW creditors, who have no obligation to turn that over to the FCC. Moreover, the FCC could hardly have selected a clumsier approach than this one. It has already set off a firestorm. Third, even though the FCC doesn't get the bread, I for one had no idea NW's plan had such muscle ($) behind it. Fascinating.
