On the day that they publicly announce that an institutional investor thinks it worthwhile to invest $20 Million into ATG (to acquire rights to 1.8 Million shares of its common stock at 110% of current market prices and warrants to buy 200,000 more at 12.26 per share), you state: "this company is deceased, no more dead, never existed" . Who exactly is it that has no sense of reality?? You are an insulting and grotesque buffoon Auric - your day of reckoning for the lies, fear tactics and hallucinations is coming very soon with ATG.
