Protest letter addressed to the VSE and BCSC
Re: cancellation and subsequent re-granting of stock options
You can voice your opinion by sending me an e-mail at AriKirA@hotmail.com

As a side note: I just want everyone to know that such a letter will have absolutely no effect on the trading. The only effect it can have is the non approval of the mentioned options. No suspensions, no halts, nothing....

*I will only use the first name + first letter of the last name of the people that contacted me via e-mail

As mentioned in one of my earlier posts I will be sending in the letters unless 1/3+ of the votes are against it...

The information I need to send in can be summarized as follows:

Full Name / Address (preferably full address save postal code) / contact information (you can give a phone number or e-mail) / number of shares (preferably)

Most of the individuals for the protest have sent me the number of shares held. The only person against the protest that has forwarded their interest in Norm. Hopefully, the individuals who have not already forwarded the required information will take the time to send me said info. If you're not comfortable with sending all the required info please send what you can...

I promise all the information will be kept confidential. Moreover, section 11 of the BCSA obliges the Commission to keep such information confidential unless there is a request from the Ombudsman. I will include a reminder of said excerpt in the letter just to make sure...

It is great to see that so many individuals are taking the time to voice their opinion be it for the protest or against it. Hopefully, we will be hearing some more from additional sources!

Thanks
AK
