Congratulations on your professional success. You have certainly impressed me with your legal skills. And you are right the options repricing is the most pressing issue we face now. We should stay on point. But I can not help but think the BOD issue is at the root of a lot of the reluctance to correct statements and the decisions that are so clearly detrimental to minority shareholders. This issue should be revisited when the smoke clears. Good catch on the market study site. Best Regards Jack
