What about PZN - no biz cycle exposure there. I just bought back in for a second spin on it.

Richard; A while ago I bought both GRT and KRT as a couple of shopping center holdings. KRT has really tanked and has never recovered. Do you have any opinions regarding what has happened with KRT and when it may recover if ever.
