I'm convinced now that this severe OTC-BB sell-off will be over soon. When Thomas, WR and LB are discouraged, it's a sure sign of complete capitulation, no sellers left.

MM's have lots of stock now, and they're ready for a run. They need one more bounce to suck some new money in before the Oct-Dec lows. The OTC-BB stock must be "recycled" periodically if the MM's are to make money. They're not going to wait until January, 2000, because who knows what will happen then.

Last year we had one economic disaster after another. This year, everything's fine except the corn and beans. September will bring back the buyers and we'll party like it's 1999.
