In order to release a company name of a retailer then the press release would have to be submitted to the retailer for legal opinion. Most retailers do not give permission.

The company decided that they do not wish to cause any problems with retailers what so ever. Last year they lost three and do not want to cause any bumps in the road or cost themselves another retailer.

On a release during the first of the year a retailer was mentioned. 103 calls I heard flooded the retailer from internet investors in DMEC asking inside information. The retailer was upset and requested no future mention of their name without their written permission. Well, I would rather have the orders and the real world find the products on the stores shelves than to mention an order on a press release and tick off a retailer thus causing them to place orders elsewhere.

Astron was not mentioned either and they wanted to know why. They we told to save them from a complete business disruption by internet investor calling. They really could not understand that until they got discovered.

Bottomline: Not worth the risk ... Retailers are e-dmec's life blood.

Hope this makes sense.
