Robert: I see on the X-stream Network (XSNI:Nasdaq) web site from the UK they are looking for partners as they move their Free Internet operation globally. I wonder is Cybersurf interested in the partnership with that crowd. x-stream.com (see: "press and company info". for partnership information). Looks like a Canadian company also founded x-stream the world's 1st. Free Internet, although they have 420,000 subscribers at their main base in the UK, they now have made a move across Europe, they operate in South Africa and made a move in Asia, but I don't think they have set-up in North America yet. Could be an ideal partnership for Cybersurf in North America. X-stream has a US$28.0 million service system from Lucent Technology, and are expanding in all areas. They are weak in PR it seems and need lots of DD.!!! The #1 in UK free Internet is Freeserve (FREE:Nasdaq) now at US$33.50/sh. 1.2 million subscribers, and 115 million shares issued. X-Stream I think has 34 million shares issued and about 1/3 Freeserve subscribers.
