Calling Susan Winkler, come in Susan we need your support! She controls 200,000 of the escrow shares according to the 1997 Pyng annual report. Does anyone know if she is related to Mr. Jacobs? Must be for him to allow her to have such a large stake in his "baby". Though, I notice that she was not mentioned in the 1998 annual report so things may have changed since 1997 (the principal escrow shares are still listed at 750K with Jacobs controlling only 550K) she may be out of the picture now. Since she is not receiving option grants, she should share our minority shareholder concerns.
