Dennis; It looks to me they bought the qqq after the bell, or at
least closed a lot of shorts, with plans to buy or cover
shorts on futures which they have now done..we should get a gap or gasp up in the morning, but I have doubts it will hold.

If it gaps up, my doubts about it holding are conditional on
the dollar not popping up..if someone got word or it leaked
that there will be intervention to kill the yen or up the
dollar then what they did by covering shorts makes sense.
Looks to me they didn't want to be caught short if the
dollar pops up. But I have no reason to think they will
pop up the dollar just yet.
