And you have a wonderful site Sir. I quote the XAU/AU ratio to many a persons, both here and on the GPM thread. And since it is your ratio, I was wondering:

How do you feel the XAU has been effected by the recent share buy backs of ABX and others, which are heavily weighted within the index? As example, ABX bought back around 10% So considering the weighting, this would amount to a tighter higher XAU value for the same POG. So would not the XAU/AU ratio need be adjusted lower?

You have much in common. Selby announced about a month ago that he had had enough of Kitco's bugs and would not return until January 1 2000 assuming the Y2K event allowed a return.
