You sound like this is guaranteed to occur. When does WSI need to file with the SEC for the offering? I certainly like your estimated stock price. Why do you think it will reach $10-12 with the stock stuck at the high 6/low seven range now with very little volume. Would this new offering already be factored into the current price? Thanks in advance.
