Hi!

Just want to add my $.02 about the repricing of options.

I joined a public company that trades on VSE ( about to move to the TSE then probably NASDAQ) about 18 months ago.

As part of my hiring package, I received a number of options. By the time the board of directors had approved them, the price spiked up to $3.00 and my options were at $2.91. There were a number of us that had higher priced options. The stock went back down to around the $1.50 that it was when the day I started :-).

Management explored the possibility of repricing options. They went as far as sending out a news release. However, our legal counsel and financial people warned the company about the moral and ethical ramifications. Needless to say, but management dropped the idea.

As an aside, the stock went below a $1 at one point and is now in the $3.40 range.

Ari, sign me up with the good guys... :-)

Cheers,

Cyclone

P.S. I bought the first bunch of shares on the way up @ 3.90, didn't dump them at $6 (go ahead, call me stupid and greedy :-) ) and bought some more on the way down at $5. and dumped them all in the 1.30's. Losses will be absorbed other gains, hopefully :-)
