Dominick, sorry, I wasn't too clear.

I was talking about the number of shares that traded at the offer price. If the number of shares offered remained fairly constant and the offer stays the same, I'd see that as even more bearish. I would think it means that there's someone in the crowd selling, but not letting anyone knowing he's selling. As long as the buyer is there, he's OK, but once the buyer leaves, he may have to do some SERIOUS selling.
