occasionally, i look at small caps. there is another one called Z that im shorting.. earnings disappointment and technical ugly picture. all very shorterm. i also wrote some cover calls on AOL that worked well. covered my NITE shorts.

couple notes on the market: 1) dow index did well. price confirmed with my momentum index.. that means no divergence between price and momentum (bullish) mainly from drug sector. 2) naz -- divergence.. price went up today, but my momentum indicator went lower compared to yesterday. (bearish) 3) naz filled the gap created yesterday. 4) .DOT index still did not move abv 50 day ema. momentum divergence (bearish) 5) SPX did not clear 50 day ema, momentum even with yesterday. 6) TRANsports down the whole day and also looks bad. (i look at this a lot during the day) ----- finally, volume is still LIGHT.
