Hello Hugh,

I agree that we had a lot of info on the financial aspects of the deal... but what about operations. They never disclosed anything about the value of the stones that were pick up last year.

This is the last release on operations:

The company's affiliate, Gemstone Mining Inc. of Utah has completed all requirements for its large mine permit for the Red beryl property and expects final approval from the Bureau of Land Management and the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining within approximately 45 days. Upon receiving the large mine permit and subject to financing, the company plans to proceed with the mine plan outlined.

Its been 175 days since then.

Currently, the company is operating under a small mine permit and is engaged in limited mining operations of 20 to 40 tons per day.

Was this true or false ?

Hugh, I like this project as it has potential if everything holds up. But it is very hard to make an investment case when the company remain silent.

Unless you know more than I know, how can you still be optimistic?
