Book-to-bill is always highest at the very beginning of a cycle. Partly because shipments (old orders) are very low, partly because it takes time to ramp back up to full production. If the B2B *hadn't* slowed from the 1.24 pace of May, I'd be worried. 1.11 is much more sustainable.

As other people have pointed out, firming prices for DRAMs and rising prices for foundry capacity both indicate a healthy environment for equipment purchases.
