dilution - when VDAT raised 12mil the price went from 36 to 8... could be an issue with FNTN too.

Dear Keith,
"there is no way to tell whether the "dilution" will be detrimental to shareholders as it should be used to add value to the company via acquisitions, marketing, improving technological capabilities/offerings, etc."
If you have not already, take the time to go to the first SB-2 and the "plans" for the money raised and how much they were anticipating raising at that time, compare that to the latest SB-2 and the close today, I think we all know ( sans heel clickers ) what they had intended to do they will not be able to in the timeframe they have been speaking about.
You are correct that the price is reflecting the dilution issue, the vol has dropped considerably right along with the price, looks like we have had a 100 share market order so far today ( looking at delayed
may have had a huge rally last 20 minutes sorry if wrong ). The question remains where are all the theoretical buyers? There is nothing to preclude them from buying shares now.,, B
