Sam, I posted the e-mail from Paul Henry because earlier I had posted that I would ask him how much debenture remained unconverted. What to believe on these threads and from management is really the $64,000 question, don't you think? There is no simple answer. I gather all the information I can from different sources, put it together, see if it makes sense. Is it too good to be true? Do things actually come true? What liability would management have if they were lying? As to the ultimate truth of any given statement, that is up to the individual to decide.......It is my understanding that the 1st PP was placed with people who professed interest in and support for the company. One party, popularly known as "the shark," apparently changed his mind or was deceiving Gordon all along. Want his address? If you think Gordon is no altar boy, perhaps you will be comforted by the fact that "like attracts like." Regards, Suzanne

Looks who is talking about dishonesty. Were you not the guy that was hyping all those sales of babecards from your team? If the info from REW is correct that no babecards were sold then what the hell were you selling? Probably your stock while others were buying based on this info
