EBAY sellers are threatening BOYCOTT OF EBAY! I am
a long-term seller and when EBAY announced this morning
that they were going to charge $1.00 to list a reserve

Where did you see that?

Peter,
On the Ebay homepage click on COMMUNITY. Then click on ANNOUNCEMENTS in the News section. It is posted there.

I also received an e-mail from Ebay with the same details, apparently because I have "listed more than one Reserve Price Auction on eBay
in the past three months".
