Roebear, hello First 2: Remember last winter when western oil companies were invited back to Saudi Arabia and some other OPEC countries for some business talks and some business bids? I never heard what came out of those meetings. What I heard was that, contrary to visions of participation in easy oil prospects and/or attractive nat.gas prospects, the western companies were offered minor roles essentially in contributing to the technology base in order to enhance production efficiencies. In other words, while the companies came expecting to partake of the feast, they were offered table scraps. In the kitchen. At the service entrance... Regards, Aggie
