My pick is PRMS (a turtle)
Reasons being:
1. I like the sector
2. Small downside (-3/4), big upside (+4)
3. Chart looks good.
clearstation.com
a) Approaching break thru 50 dma
b) MACD red line above the blue, ready to pass thru 0
c) MACD Histogram in uptrend
d) Bullish turn in stochiastics.
4. Institutions appear to be buying:
thomsoninvest.net (type in PRMS)
-chart has looked like this the past 2 days
5. Noticed gradual upturn following this article
redherring.com
- in spite of the fact that not much good is said in the article, it did seem to be a turning point. Assume somebody heard something they like.
6. NOT expecting a buy-out.
looking for 8.5 in 2 weeks,
