For everyone on death row in Texas there are 6 +/- violent criminals that are roaming the streets, because the criminal system favors jailing addicts over predators. Why is this? Because conservative "head in sand" policies don't like to deal with the real world.

ot in Texas, shows how much you know. We got electric bleachers here for the death row folks... Texas was the most violent place I had ever been in my life. People were always warning you... don't go to those do-it-yourself car washes, because that mass murderer (forgot his name now) abducted all those UT students and murdered them only a few years prior... then one day I was running around lake Austin and that night I turned on the TV and there was a carjacking where an astronauts son was put in the volvo trunk and drowned right in the middle of the lake, millions of people there everyday it was hard to believe. The bouncers at the clubs on 6th street are armed.
