he indicated that sometime in the not-so-distant future IBM will discontinue producing dram of any sort visionthing, ibm ceo said that at the end of may. then ibm came back and said they would produce rdram. what really matters is they plan to use rdram. if ibm does not produce memory they will have to buy it, creating demand, running the price up, creating more royalties for rmbs. i think ibm just sold some of their dram capacity to toshiba. toshiba is of course firmly in the rambus camp. zeev, nice run going here...your 88 is very close. unclewest
