Perhaps not directly - although certainly there are cases where if both DOCS or Notes could do the job, one wins. The additional capability offered by this new workflow capability will help them win more. Could be just my experience but I am not hearing that DOCS loses to Notes all that often. Will it happen more? Yes, I'd say so. The real threat I think is being caught in the cross fire between Microsoft and Lotus. The hummingbird suite of products is fairly distinct from both. I think Open Text has more to worry about being in the DMZ.
