Nope. Item on news tape is that they made an acquisition. They've paid $550K (so inconsequential) for Genco. "a privately held mfr of generator enclosures [fancy word for cabinet or shed]" . Acquisition per the Business Wire news release said that the deal was for AATK "stock priced at $20/shr". So let me ask you if you don't think that the seller has been on the phone to Vic Murray to say something along the lines of "I've seen the action in my news shares, and what the f***?!" As for AATK being acquired: I refer you again to the 10Q. Think about wha tthe private market value of this comapny is. It ain't here.
