FWIW: after the manipulation to get parity for GAAY stock down to ITHC now comes the kicker: My take is ITHC and GMKT have a problem for having negatively affected the shres of GAAY stock, then blackmailing the shareholders to accept their offer or die a slow death. HAHAHAH

Piterra could hav shut Wulff up on July 23, 1999 when the offices indicated they did know about the problems at RB but he could do nothing about it. Piterra worte me he didn't know them, now he admits he has done business with him and that the comments were just slightly over enthusiastic, like Olsen is a felon stuff?? EXCUSE ME What a crock...

Olive Branch - I am offering up a thorough investigation of ITHC and GMKT by the SEC for their blackmail of GAAY shareholders. That to me is parity. Now I must go take my baby Bart for his ride...:) Jacalyn

GO GAAY and stay away from ITHC; SEC going to have a field day with this one, IMHO

Dear Jacalyn,

First of all thank you for your assistance in cleaning up the Boards. I
think you can breathe now as it looks like people are not attacking the
companies so much as each other. I have looked at Art Murray's posts and
frankly they are reposts of E-Mails and other information which I put out to
the public in the last few weeks so I don't think that my offices are bugged,
and I sure know that I have never talked or otherwise communicated with Art
Murray ever. As for Wulff, I told him to extend an olive branch in your
direction and to get off your back. He is a long time shareholder who was in
at the beginning so I have dealings with him on and off and needless to say
perhaps he is a bit overenthusiastic on RB but nevertheless a decent and
caring individual. As for the deal all I can tell you is this: GAAY
shareholders will either agree to whatever new management at ITHC offers them
or they will not. There has to be a proxy. So for now there is no merger
between GAAY and ITHC/Triangle Multi-Media but there may be down the road.
This will be up to management and the shareholders to work out. My time is
coming to an end and I am heading over to GMKT to build it up. I hope this
somewhat answers your questions. Hopefully you like the fact that you as a
shareholder have a vote on whether it makes sense for you or not. Thank you.
Joseph Pittera, President.

my email response to Pittera:

Joe Pittera, can you say blackmail ? Have your pal Wulff have his attorneys look it up then he
can really let go with his emotions and threats; tell him to take the olive branch and put it to
better use. I have done nothing wrong. Jacalyn M. Deaner
