ADRN - WHY THE PICK UP IN VOLUME AND PRICE? Last week ADRN filed the S-3 that a lot of investors were waiting for. The S-3 details the merger with McGlen and provides evidence the doubters that the merger is developing according to plan. The S-3: timely.com The McGlen merger will require re-application for Nasdaq listing as well as shareholder approval from both Companies and subsequently new financing will be needed if the merger is consumated and the listing status remains intact. There are many risks in this deal, including possible dilution of shares. Anyone interested in this stock should carefully read the S-3 before making a decision. Sergio
