Brian, in the interest of mathematical precision [hi Ian :)]
I wish to point out that 14 is twice 7. So those needing
only 64 MB would not pay $7 more for 128 MB.

64Mb chips are currently priced at US$7 per unit, while
prices for 128Mb chips plummeted to US$14 per unit

This doesn't jibe with the headline.
Translation difficulties?

Gottfried

"Should the crossing situation continue, it will create a surge in 128Mb chip demand, thus intensifying a supply shortage possibly in the fourth quarter of this year."

Hi Brian. Is this a good thing? :>)
