Actually, a list like that belies a stranger truth, which is that we have more in common with our kids than we had with our parents. The popular music is still more or less rock and roll; tv is still the center of our "entertainment systems"; and Star Wars is still "hot". The world of our parents disappeared, in a lot of ways.....

DMA, don't forget about cow chip throwin and watermelon seed spittin contests. The only problem with these young fellers is that it takes a village for them to get one of their messy asses wiped off. Such a group event don't work on watermelon spittin....TD
