<< I thought Republicans were against the Government interfering with our lives. >>

Guess again! The conservatives only want big government out of their lives when it comes to making money regardless of who is hurt, or when it comes to making money regardless of how much damage they do to the environment.

They want big government in their lives when it comes to enforcing their religious beliefs on others, or restricting women's reproductive freedom, etc.

A conservative Republican government would be very repressive. Look at the conservative government of Afganistan. I wonder how many times the conservative Republicans have visited with the Taliban to learn their conservative methods?
