LOL ... Now Jeffery you should know better. hehehehe

LOL ... Since your naysaying guru can't find anything as usual, you make some ridiculous assumption to a man (me) that hates mining stocks, can't do DD, however, has provided permits numbers, claim numbers and whatever else Mr. Hall couldn't seem to find before, hoping I will step up again to give the location of the mine huh.

ROFLMAO ... I would have thought you nays would have gotten a better industry guru to nay this stock. So far every post he has made on company time, mind you, voicing his state licensed opinion has been fraught with incorrect statements that have been corrected by a moron out of some small hick town in Ga. However, once he is proven wrong he is off on another small venture and returns making more inaccurate statements in his emotional vengeful agenda of trying to imply this mining deal is nothing but a lie. Hope he is prepared for the egg and what ever else may come his way. Makes me wonder on the other stocks he has nayed if he was just as competent or did he use his professional opinion to manipulate a stock price there also with inept and inaccurate statements for the sole purpose to harm the reputation of a stock. Hmmmm.

OK enough fun picking at Mr. Hall, will you guys go look in State Land 21 on center claim of SMH-1 near the border of SMH-2 which is also the border of State line 21 & 28 ... This claim is under the names of Tom Mills / Donald Blackburn Sec 21 serial # AMC336027.

I do not believe, I have ever in my life seen anyone with 32 years experience be so dang inept at doing research in an industry he touts he is a guru. Wonder if his company realizes his ability to conveniently and consistently NOT be able to research a simple mine when everything including, names, titles, claim and permit numbers have been supplied to him.

Unbelieveable.

:-)

Judging from mining history, two other consultant's reports and by spot checks in the vicinity of the SM-H mine, this kind of environment extends two miles westerly and a half mile wide.

I guess the mine does exist...

Reserves in the immediate vicinity of the main shaft of the SM-H mine above the 150 root level and based on Sawyers Consultants samples are:

Assured 1850 tons with 580 oz (.31 opt)

Probable 1850 tons with 300+ oz (about .17 opt)

Hmmmm ....

Jeff,

This is interesting. So the mine and the mill are on state sections with some of the mineral rights being federal. The people at the state land office said that anyone operating a mine or a mill on state managed surface land have to have a permit and they have not issued any permits for Section 21 or 22. But please don't take my word. I suggest that you call the state land office and ask them yourself. I am emailing the state land office and suggest that they send someone into the field and verify if someone is working on state land without a permit.
