ProNetLink.com has filed to be a reporting company and is in the final stages with the SEC on this.
As far the the 144's you refer to, I do not personally know these investors. Some may have been around since the first days of the company however, these investors have only listed the desire to have the option to sell their shares, thats why the 144's say "Pending sales". In order to have the option to sell, investors with restricted shares must file a 144. It is only good for 3 months and then they have to file again. We have no control over these investors and they have no inside information on which to trade. They are the same as any other investor except they had to hold their shares for a minimum of one year.
