Brian,

You said my statement was about 20% correct so perhaps you could point out the 80% incorrect.

I stand by my statement:
1) LU product failed... yes due to cockpit error, nonetheless it failed.
2) LU should protect their customers at all costs...why?
3) Because not doing so could (I said could) have an adverse impact on future business.
4) Coming to the rescue of customers could (again could) put LU in a favorable light with other customers which might then buy LU product because of LU's sensitivity to their customers' business.

You can argue point 1 but at least half the problem was equipment related.. In carrier nets failures should not affect revenue generating business... LU knows this quite well. The other points can not be argued since indeed they are conjecture.
