Joe, since you will be going to GMKT, I will know how to find you to answer my
questions, thanks. And although I do read between the lines, I have been pretty
accurate in reading inbetween them since July 23, 1999, FWIW. Jacalyn M. Deaner

GAAY I bought is not the GAAY since you and Murray and Wulff came around. That
much is obvious no guess work nor gamesmanship there. And I will be
compensated for my incurred losses. Guess I am just like Wulff, a little enthusiastic,
but a lot less caustic. Jacalyn M. Deaner

OK everybody who just reads and needs information, this part in bold is important: everybody, time to take off and go see the 6th Sense, excellent movie, no bull :) cu Monday

Joe Pittera wrote me at RB and my post above is in response to this, I see a Charleton Heston doing a Judas involved in the washing of the hands but of course, I just got back from the movies, tee hee

Dear Jacalyn,

I think you read between the lines to come up with the conclusion that QBID would be
NASDAQ by the end of the year. Obviously I am resigning from ITHC and a new
Board is being appointed and it is up to them to make an offer to GAAY
shareholders, and it is up to them to do the leg work to accomplish the goals, and
the verdict is still out on whether GAAY and even QBID shareholders will vote for the
deal in a proxy. Nothing is final until it actually is and speculation only further
confuses the situation. So once again I never promised anything. Joseph Pittera.
