DREBES: valueless response?? I just wanted to expose your bogus assumptions on ASP. You don't take into account the risks CPQ & IBM are taking by using K7 in the early delivery of the chip. IBM knows they are taking a big risk by using K7 exclusively in their consumer PCs. You think they got a good deal from AMD??? Your (and others on this thread) mentality is that the OEMs are lining up to use K7s & will pay top dollar for it. You are completely wrong.
