<What do u think AMD's flash biz is worth. Current sales rate is expected to be 200M/qtr and very profitable and ramping up to $1Bn+ in sales. I hear AMD selling off most of Fab 25 and flash biz plus fujitsu JV for the $2-2.5Bn range. Any thoughts on this folks.> Flash biz is expected to grow about 35% this quarter. Everyone is forecasting an unending boom in flash but after the next 2 or 3 quarters of tight supplies it will probably be just an OK biz. Selling off right now when the hype is there is good though (I am getting off my last ATML holdings this week for the same reason) But, $2-2.5B? Wow! Where did you hear this? Chuck
