If that piece of news was known at S3, does this mean there is a deal in the making
(or made already) involving Intel and S3? After all Intel has some ownership in S3.

Just curious.

Another question. Is S3 and therefore DIMD held back to make the "guaranteed"
9 drls look more attractive against market price? Perhaps a bit farfetched
but nowadays!
