When I created this thread 3 weeks ago, stocks were going down, and I was hopeful that this was the start of the long delayed, hoped for crash. Alas, that doesn't appear to be happening as I would have liked.

Yes, I am a disgruntled bear! I took a loss last year on puts because Mr. Greenspan decided to lower interest rates just before options expiration. I am fed up with idiots claiming that this bull market will last forever. I can't afford to buy a house around here, because people think their "paper profits" in this market have made them rich and they have bid up housing prices. I have Internet stock believers telling me, "What are you putting your money into? An aggressive money market fund? Ha Ha!"

Someday, things will change, and the bulls will be painfully sodomized by their precious stock market...

I agree with you -- this thread is defunct, and future postings should be on a Kahuna thread.
