I believe that the thrust of SNMM's problem is over the "SMUT"! A firewall can always be added to SNMM software to prevent gambling in any JURISDICTION!

Bob, Companies such as VGAM could be wiped out at least intermittently should serious problems with Starnet materialize causing disruption in service. Given VGAM is thinly traded and controlled the actual status of buy and sell orders cannot be determined and IMO given SNMM's woes, upward movement in the stock of ANY Starnet licensee today is most definately very suspicious.
