I really do not know the details, BUT I have heard of different things, but have never invested in a non reporting company before this. I would like to know if Company can just dump stock on market, without letting any body know. !! When you are INC, from my own experience, it is a lot different than just dba. one pocket to the other, INC, the funds have to be accounted for. One could try the company, the transfer agent , I guess its all on who ya know. all I know is the numbers on flyer, as of April 1, 1999. 32,687,000 outstanding, float 19,520,000, AUT 50,000,000 I usually know, who own's what, before I invest, but where do ya go with a company like this.?? This story is too fantastic, I just have to own stock in this pipe dream. I am buying blind, I admit that. When I hear Weaver creek, I have to own. Happy trading.
