I am back only for this: SB-2 just went online at FreeEdgar. VERY interesting. 415 shareholders of record as of 6/30/99. How many from here I wonder??? btw....great job CIMA!!! bye for now

My Fax is sure getting a workout, but that is why I am here. So - all of you again please be assured that these concerns are being relayed even as I now type to Tom. I dare not anticipate his responses, but the critical facets fall in three stages: 1. An explication of the dissemination of shares - and the pattern of such 2.Preventive measures for the Rogel contract 3.Future strategy It is important to target not only the explanation of what happened and why (Rememeber - to some degree Rogel was in a better bargaining position. We are a new company - We can't brandish the big stick of an IBM - yet. We must also look to the solution and the long term strategy. Thus, in this sense, C I M A, you have opened up a true dialectic by doing your DD and presenting us with facts! We all thank you. manny I R Wall Street
